🌅 SPIRITUAL AWAKENING

HOLY SANCTUARY LETTER

Toolbox: Discernment · Revelation · Renewal · Alignment · Transformation

Awakening is God calling you out of spiritual sleep.

Not emotional sleep.
Not physical sleep.
But the kind of sleep where your spirit is quiet, your hunger is low, and your
sensitivity has faded.

Awakening is when God says, “Come alive again.”

Awakening Begins With Divine Disturbance

God disturbs what we have settled into.
He shakes places where we became
comfortable, routine, or spiritually numb.

Awakening is gentle – it is intentional.

Awakening Reveals the Difference Between Knowledge and Revelation

Some people teach from memory. Awakening teaches from encounter.
Knowledge says, “I know Scripture.” Revelation says, “I see Scripture.”

Awakening opens your eyes.

Awakening Shifts You From Teaching About God to Hearing God

Awakening is not about repeating what you learned years ago.
It is about hearing what God is saying now.

It is fresh.
It is alive.
It is present.

Awakening Breaks Spiritual Slumber

Slumber looks like:
Routine without fire
Teaching without clarity
Serving without clarity

Awakening restores:

Hunger
Vision
Discernment
Obedience

Awakening Repositions You for Assignment

When God awakens you, He is preparing you for:

New territory
New responsibility
New spiritual weight

Awakening is preparation.

Awakening Requires Courage

Not everyone wants to awaken.
Some prefer comfort.
Some prefer routine.
Some prefer tradition.

But you must rise anyway.

Awakening separates those who teach from habit from those who
teach from the Spirit.

Reflection
Where is God awakening me?
What routine is He disturbing?
What assignment is He preparing me for?

Prayer

Lord, awaken every place in me that has settled or grown numb.
Awaken my hearing, my hunger, my vision, and my obedience.
I rise today into clarity and alignment, and assignment.
Amen

With Grace,
Debra
