Theme: “The God Who Remembers Your Seed”
Takeaway:
Every prayer, every sacrifice, every act of love is a seed-and God never forgets a seed planted in faith.
Scripture Focus
Galatians 6:9 – “Let us not grow weary in well doing, for in due season we shall reap.” A promise for mothers who feel tired but keep showing up.
Psalm 126:5 – Those who sow in tears shall reap in joy.” God sees the tears no one else sees.
2 Timothy 1:5 – Paul honors the generational faith of Lois and Eunice. A reminder that a mother’s influence reaches farther than her lifetime.
Insight for May 3
Today God speaks to the women who have:
Prayed for years without seeing change
Loved children through rebellion, distance, or silence
Given more than they received
Sown into families that didn’t always sow back
Carried hope even when hope felt heavy
God says:
“I remember every seed you planted. Your harvest is not lost,”
Some seeds grow slowly.
Some seeds grow silently.
But no seed planted in love dies,
Prayer for May 3
“Lord, remind. every mother and grandmother that her labor is not in vain,
Let her see signs of the seeds she has planted.
Strengthen her faith, renew her joy, and let her reap in due season.”
Reflection for May 3
What seed have I planted that I need to trust God to bring into harvest?
With Grace,
Debra
