✝️April Sanctuary Letter

“Walking in the Quiet Light After He Has Risen”

Beloved,

We are now living in the days after the Resurrection- the days when the world has moved on, but heaven has not. The stone is rolled away, the tomb is empty, and
Christ is alive, yet these days carry a holy stillness. A quiet settling. A gentle unfolding of truth.

On April 15, we stand in the same place the disciples once stood – somewhere
between wonder and understanding, between what God has done and what He
is preparing us to walk into next.

These are the days when Jesus shows up in quiet rooms, on familiar roads, and in
ordinary moments- not to prove who He is, but to remind us who we are.

After the Resurrection, Jesus didn’t rush His followers.
He didn’t push them into ministry.
He didn’t t demand immediate boldness.

He met them in the ordinary.

He appeared in rooms where fear still lingered.
He walked on roads where
confusion still lived.
He spoke peace into hearts that were still trembling.

And He is doing he same for you this week.

Resurrection life takes time to settle.
Hope takes time to rise.
Light takes tie to fill every corner.

So if you feel like you’re still catching up to what
God has done – you are right where the early
believers were.

This week, let the risen Christ meet you:

in your questions
in your quiet moments
in your uncertainity
in your waiting
in your slow-unfolding faith

He is not rushing you.
He is revealing you.
He is strengthening what the enemy tried
to break.
He is breathing peace into what fear tried
to silence.

And He is whispering the same words He spoke then:

“Peace be unto you.”
“I am with you.”
“Do not be afraid.”

Walk gently this week.
Let the light of the empty tomb
settle into the corners of your life.
Let hope rise slowly, steadily,
faithfully- the way morning light fills a room.

Let resurrection become not just a moment you celebrated-
but a life you now carry.

In His Sanctuary,
Debra
